David Beddome is the CEO of STS Metals. Mr. Beddome joined the company in February of 2023 bringing 18 years of managerial leadership experience in the Aerospace industry and prior Automotive industry experience. Mr. Beddome brings a background of creating top performing teams that provided the customers with the highest level of customer service, and industry leading quality and delivery. His priorities are creating a customer focused culture that demonstrates the highest levels of operational performance, and creates an environment where great employees love to work.

He holds a Bachelor of Science and Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Benjamin S. Needleman is the CFO of STS Metals. Mr. Needleman began his career with the Company in May 2023. Prior to joining STS Metals, Ben was Group Controller for the west coast fastener locations of Precision Castparts Corporation (PCC) and Global Controller of Permaswage SAS, overseeing multiple acquisitions and participating in the successful sale of Permaswage to PCC. He previously worked for Aetna US Healthcare and Topcon. Mr. Needleman has a proven record of GAAP and company policy compliance, timely and accurate financial reporting & forecasting, business acquisition/sale, and working with various levels of management on achieving and exceeding budgeted goals.

Ben has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Arizona State University and holds an inactive CPA license from the State of Pennsylvania.

Bill Grobe is the General Manager of TSI Titanium. Mr. Grobe began his career at TSI as an engineer in 1998. Bill has an extensive knowledge of titanium manufacturing operations with a tenure that has spanned from the factory floor to his current leadership role. Honoring TSI’s founding values, Mr. Grobe leads with a core focus on both industry leading customer service and product quality.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business with a concentration in Business Analytics from Ohio University.

Lincoln Grambo is the General Manager of Brown Pacific. Mr. Grambo began his career with the Company in 2023, bringing 10 years of aerospace manufacturing leadership and 10 years of logistics leadership experience. Prior to joining Brown-Pacific, Mr. Grambo worked as the Director of Operations at Shultz Steel, a PCC company. He also held leadership roles with CAM Fasteners, Transdigm, UTC Aerospace Systems, and UPS. Lincoln brings a record of identifying and implementing operational improvements while improving customer relationships and creating a team environment.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management degree from California State University, Fullerton and a Master of Business Administration degree from Saint Mary’s College of California.
